She had served 13 years on the National MS Society board. Published work. Delivered keynotes. The methodology moved through three phases we call Dreaming, Doing, and Leading. Dreaming excavated the vision — why neurology, the systemic gaps in healthcare, what she wanted next. Doing translated that vision into a concrete roadmap, content frameworks, and a voice guide she could execute independently. Leading built the platform infrastructure, LinkedIn positioning, board research, content calendar highlighting cultural moments that would make her visible to exactly the right people.
