  • Audit

    We assess your organization’s current practices and policies to identify adverse trends or patterns that are causing workplace challenges.

    Upon completion of the audit, we will present your organization with our findings including analysis and recommendations for improvements.

  • Strategy

    We gather feedback through one-on-one interviews, focus groups and surveys.

    We work with key stakeholders to lay out a comprehensive roadmap and timeline that walks through goals and objectives as well as how to achieve them.

  • Implementation

    Designed as a collaborative, partnership we coach and advise your organization on how to best implement strategy into clear, concrete steps.

  • Mentoring + Coaching

    To ensure the rise in success for Black women professionals by providing access to quality, supportive mentorship and community for Black women professionals and entrepreneurs.

    We match mentees to accomplished, successful Black women mentors based on identified goals, background and personality fit.

Previous Work

Led a 6-month leadership development circle for senior corporate (BIPOC) women at Hewlett Packard. Topics included: leadership identity, confident communications, and owning your voice.

  • Following the program, participants reported an increase in their ability to represent themselves authentically

  • Over 50%  felt the program gave them the confidence and support they needed to apply for a new position within their company. 

  • 28% had achieved career advancement within one year of completing the program

Ran a 3-month career development programming and training for tech career changers at General Assembly. Worked with hiring partners and employers seeking to diversify talent recruitment.

  • Strategized with Diversity Recruiters to source and recruit BIPOC tech talent

  • 86% of employee graduates of the program received a job offer within six months. 

  • Created opportunities to center Black women in tech through fireside chats and moderated panels.

  • Career advancement topics included personal branding, tech landscape, networking, interview strategy, & resume building.

Led a Virtual Media Tour for Evernote as a career expert and contributor. Interviewed by local and national journalists on The Great Resignation and how career changers and employers can navigate an unprecedented job market.

  • Garnered 4.6 million online impressions across various online platforms

  • Served as Brand Ambassador to enhance brand awareness and commitment to diversity. Provided overall strategy and content creation for Black Business month.

  • Topics included productivity, mentorship, strategies to decrease burnout.
